Fazoli's

Very hot 🔥 and fresh spaghetti. Love the butter garlic sauce for the bread sticks. Staff could have been friendlier and more attentive to customers. We had to ask a few times for things and they totally forgot out breadsticks! We asked for fresh Because the ones served were not even warm. So we wanted fresh but she never brought them to us. Other than that food was good.

Great Play Store Italian fast food

There baked spaghetti usually good but it was VERY DRY TONIGHT. IT needed more sauce.

Pretty good for fast food Italian. Doesn't beat olive garden but again its fast food.

Good location, clean restaurant. Layout of parking is a bit odd as you have to cross through the drive through lane. Decent food with a nice touch of having someone bring the food out and offer fresh grated parmesan for each plate.

Justin is the manager of Kingsport tn location . The service provided was above and beyond what was exspected .I've attached pics of our meal...perfection !! our hostess ( Makenzie ) also a manager ...stepped in to help the other host . The dining area was spotless as well as the facilities . TWO THUMBS WAY WAY UP !! Thank you Fazolis!!

The best bread sticks in Kingsport

The food is amazing. Prices are great and what can you say about the bread sticks. They are soft, fresh and hot. When you eat in they are unlimited. Where can you get a good spaghetti meal with a salad and drink for less than $10 including tax. I go at least twice a week. It is well worth the trip.

It was my first time at a Fazoli's, and I'll definitely be coming back! Food is delicious...especially the breadsticks!

The salad was rotten there was not enough sauce on our spaghetti then they won the charges 50 more sense for just a little cup of it too many girls working in the dining room bumping into each other and the little guy in the red shirt was not very nice someone said they thought he was the manager if he was he needs to be replaced with someone with a smiling face

Great pasta dishes and great garlic sticks

The fast food of italian food, I think Fazoli's rocks. The bread sticks are awesome. I love the food here. The chicken parm is my favorite. If you are looking for something different than burgers and fries, head over to Fazoli's.

Good food on a budget. The food here is consistently above average for the money. The drink machine always has a line as people can't ever seem to make a choice.

I love Fazoli's food! The service is great! The only thing it needs work on is to tone down the salt content of the bread. They are EXTREMELY salty, so much so that I can barely eat it. That's sad considering how a country woman like myself loves her bread lol. Overall, I give them 4 out of 5 stars.

Look into their family meal!! Only $20 i got 2 huge bowls. One of Alfredo and feti. And spaghetti and a huge salad w dressing and tons of bread sticks. Awesome

Move over Olive Garden, Fazoli's just stepped up the game. Total surprise of professionalism and taste from the team in Kingsport, TN this evening. So impressed by the style of deliverance of the meal, the attention of the staff, and overall experience; it just made the rest of the week for me. Great job!!

They were very busy, almost every table full, but I still got my food extremely fast. The service was some of the best anywhere better the steak houses or any of the other sit down restaurants in the area. 10 out of 10 will recommend.

They are pretty good on about everything so that's great, good prices and good food. Except the cheese ravioli they are really skimpy on that. How are you only going to give adults 6 and children 4 very half size cheese ravioli. I'll make sure when we want that we will go to Olive garden.
